Meet the Maker
I’m Walter Gerald. I have spent my entire artistic career immersed in the American West, calling the mountains of Wyoming and Idaho home over the the course of my adult life. My work is inspired by the flora, fauna and mythology of this ecosystem, as well as its traditions of art and craft. Using my background in graphic design, illustration and printmaking, leather craft is the culmination of all of my skills and expertise.
It is a gift to be able to make work that I am proud of for people that care about quality, craftsmanship, and tradition. I’d love to make something for you that will stand the test of time and become a family heirloom.
